Description
The Pantanal is the world’s largest wetland – the seasonal overspill of the upper Paraguay River, which runs from north to south and forms the border between Brazil (to its east) and Paraguay and Bolivia (to the its west). In this design, a large male Jaguar is seen on the riverbank, with a pair of magnificent Hyacinth Macaw flying overhead; Acuri Palms (Scheelea phalerata) and Ipé trees (Tabebuia heptaphylla) are shown beyond the riverine forest.
